This page details how we deliver your order to you, including shipping methods, costs, delivery times, and destinations.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with UPS and USPS to deliver your order. For standard shipping, a signature is generally not required unless the delivery address is an apartment building or if the carrier deems it necessary for security.

International Shipping

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and international countries. Please note, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. International customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or additional customs charges incurred when the package arrives in their country. Packages cannot be declared as “gifts” on customs forms.

Order Processing & Delivery Timeframes

Please allow up to 24 business hours for us to process your order; during peak seasons, processing may take longer. Once processed, you will receive an order confirmation with an estimated ship date. This date depends on whether your specific style, color, and size is in stock or requires a special order.

The total delivery time begins from this estimated ship date, not from your order date. You will be asked for a “need by” date at checkout. For most payment methods, your card is only charged if we can guarantee delivery by that date.
