PromGownEdit Return Policy
Policy Summary:
PromGownEdit offers a 3-day return window for eligible items purchased online. All items marked as Final Sale are non-returnable. Please note that at our discretion, certain orders (such as those involving multiple dresses) may be designated as final sale at the time of purchase.
1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe
- You must submit your return request within 3 calendar days of your order’s delivery date.
- If you provided a “Need Date” during checkout, your return must be requested before that date, even if it is within the 3-day period.
- Final Sale items, including all sale dresses, shoes, accessories, and specially ordered dresses, cannot be returned.
- Dresses must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
2. Your Return Options
For eligible, regular-priced items, you may choose:
- Full Merchandise Credit: Receive the full item amount as online store credit.
- Refund with Fee: Receive a refund for the item price, minus a 10% restocking fee.
3. How to Initiate a Return
All online returns must be processed through our online customer service team.
- Contact us to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns shipped without a valid RA number will not be accepted.
- Once your RA number is issued, you must ship the item back to us within 3 business days (postmarked by this date).
- You are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be shipped via FedEx or UPS only; returns via the Post Office will not be accepted.
- Original shipping labels are not provided.
Important Policy Details (The Fine Print)
- Merchandise credit is for product purchases only and cannot be applied to shipping charges. Credit balances are non-refundable for cash.
- Refunds and credits are processed on the same day we receive your returned item.
- Any item that shows signs of wear, alteration, washing, or damage is not eligible for a full refund and will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
- Returns for orders placed using a promotional code will invalidate that code.
- All internet orders and returns must be handled through our online customer service and cannot be processed at any physical retail locations.
